BESPOKE

A private commission experience by Gele Galore.

Created for clients seeking something distinctly their own, the Bespoke experience brings your vision together with the design language and craftsmanship of the House.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN A BESPOKE INQUIRY

Design revisions are limited.
Once the selected textile has been purchased, the design is considered final.

Bespoke commissions are accepted selectively.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

Gele Galore does not accept rush orders.
Please allow sufficient time for consultation, design development, textile sourcing, construction, and finishing.

A Creation Developed With You

Bespoke is the only Gele Galore experience where the client participates in the development of the design.

This may include:

  • Personalized design direction

  • Textile selection or sourcing

  • Color direction

  • Garment or headwear development

  • A complete commissioned look

The important distinction is that Headwear and Ensembles are Gele Galore designs sold as offered, while Bespoke is the path for design and textile customization.

THE BESPOKE PROCESS

01 — Inquiry
Begin with a complimentary inquiry so we can understand the occasion, timing, and vision.

02 — Review
The House reviews each request to determine whether it is appropriate for the Bespoke experience.

03 — Consultation
Approved inquiries are invited to a $25 Bespoke Consultation.
If your request is accepted for consideration, you may be invited to a private Bespoke Consultation. If you move forward with the commission, the $25 consultation fee is credited toward your required deposit or payment. If you choose not to proceed, the consultation fee is nonrefundable.

04 — Design Development
We develop the direction for the commissioned piece or complete look.

05 — Approval & Payment
Once the design is approved, the required deposit or payment is collected before textile purchasing begins.

06 — Creation
The approved design moves into textile sourcing, construction, and finishing.

07 — Completion
Any remaining balance is due before the completed commission is delivered or released.
